Matt gave me a lot of his time and advice about potential work without accepting a job which I was very grateful for when he did not need to do so. By chance it turned out a few months later I needed roof insulation on another property I purchased instead and I had no hesitation going back to Matt. Again I was very impressed with Matt’s detailed written report he gave me before the work was carried out and then his flexibility and patience when the move date had to change and he still managed to complete the work in the time I was hoping it could be done by. I could not recommend Matt more highly.
